Property Manager, Jenni Bills, brings a wealth of experience with her to the team at Caloundra First National; working for 12 years in management rights for resorts in Marcoola and Maroochydore, in addition to managing the Caribbean resort at Mooloolaba for two years.
Her role involves client liaison, portfolio management, rental appraisals, property inspections, and business development; with a customer-centric focus, Jenni operates with exemplary professionalism at all times, ever-mindful of delivering optimum outcomes for her clients.
Jenni’s strengths include exceptional time and organisational management, relationship building, strong communication skills (written and oral), and she has the ability to navigate through difficult and challenging situations to achieve solutions.
Undertaking regular inhouse and external training to update and enhance her skills and knowledge; Jenni is fully aware of the importance of compliance in the property industry and pays attention to detail to ensure everything is executed in a timely and completely correct manner.

Jenni has a Degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Griffith University; and when not working she enjoys overseas travel, researching family history, and home renovations.
