Office Manager Kathryn Ball is the ‘go to’ person at First National Caloundra, overseeing the entire daily running of the office across sales, administration, and property management; Kathryn provides guidance, assistance, and support to all team members.
Prior to joining FNC, Kathryn had worked in administrative and management roles in real estate offices both in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast; where she gained invaluable knowledge and experience, particularly in property management.
Kathryn’s skill set is extensive – she is a clear confident communicator, an excellent time manager, effective negotiator, and has a talent for conflict resolution. She is detail-oriented, client-focused, and has a passion for systems and procedures – all the perfect prerequisites for a successful Office Manager…and even better, with her warm, engaging personality she is also well liked and respected by her colleagues.
In addition to her real estate experience, Kathryn studied a Bachelor of Education (Primary), which taught her a lot about interpersonal relationships and problem solving; but ultimately, she decided her career path lay somewhere else…and she hasn’t looked back.
“Property surely has to be the most exciting industry to work in – you meet people from all walks for life from investors, tenants, contractors, young first home buyers through to elderly people selling their family home to move into a retirement village…it’s all ages, all backgrounds, and a huge range of circumstances. No two days are ever the same.”
When not working Kathryn enjoys artistic roller skating, and spending quality time with her family.
