Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In the current rental market on the Sunshine Coast, securing a place can be incredibly challenging. I was fortunate enough to find a unit through First National Real Estate, and I honestly can’t recommend Monica highly enough.
Even before a suitable rental became available, Monica was more than happy to speak with me about the market and offer helpful advice, which I really appreciated while navigating such a competitive environment. During the application process, the communication was excellent and everything was handled in a very timely and professional manner, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
When the right unit did become available, the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Since moving in, the clear and open communication has continued, and any maintenance requests have been addressed extremely quickly. It’s refreshing to deal with a property manager who is proactive, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
Thank you to First National for making my move from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

What an excellent job he & his team have done. Timed sales are a great innovative idea, exciting!! We & Dad couldn't be more happier with the result.
Thank you again Michael & your fantastic team. Everything was handled extremely professionally & without a hitch.
We wish you all a wonderful Christmas & a prosperous New Year.

" Above and beyond! "

Michael is 10/10. He just sold a property for us at Meridan Plains – it was a bit of a slog and we threw him a curve ball or two – he never faulted! He took it in his stride and just kept plugging away. Throughout the process Micheal’s communication with us was exceptional. He is a true professional and very approachable -there is no BS or over the top sales talk. He comes across as being very personable and honest – because he is!

We can’t recommend him highly enough.
